Assalamualaikum, About maids in your house. You applied for them to work in your house. Give them responsibilities, but never forget to care for their basic need. If they perform poorly teach them. Be fair as they are human. If they fail, then encourage them to do correctly. 3 elements will keep them working smoothly you(the employer) the maids and the environments. Should anything goes wrong look at these 3 elements dont just the maids.wassalam.
